Before combining the contents of the larger and smaller packets in a small bowl, gently massage the smaller packet to ensure its smoothness. Once thoroughly mixed with a stirring stick for approximately 1 minute, consolidate the gel in the bowl. Use the applicator to collect the gel and administer it both inside the vagina and on the vulva. Apply around 2/3 of the gel inside the vagina, using the remainder on the vulva. Allow it to remain for a minimum of 45 minutes; overnight application is also an option. To rinse the vagina, use the applicator filled with water, repeating this process about 3 times. Cleanse the vulva area thoroughly and pat dry. Initially, aim to complete the first 5 to 10 treatments within the initial month. Subsequently, maintenance can be achieved through monthly treatments.
