Shipping & Handling Policy
FREE USPS FIRST-CLASS OR PRIORITY SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS
Orders are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, or Fedex depending on the shipping method you select during checkout. You have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery if desired. Orders will be shipped after processing, credit card authorization, and address verification are completed.
Please note that all orders are shipped Monday through Friday during normal business hours. It may take up to 48 hours for orders to be processed.
All international shipments are subject to import/export laws, which vary by country. If your shipping destination requires additional duties or custom taxes, it is your responsibility to pay these in order to receive your package. If you refuse to pay the taxes and the shipment is deemed abandoned by the shipping company, the order will not be refunded.
Order Status / Tracking
You will be asked to enter an email address when placing an order. An email notification will be sent to this address as the following events occur:
*An order is processed.
*An order is shipped.
*An order has been cancelled.
*An order has been returned.
You also have the ability to sign into your Iderma account to check the status of your order. The status screen will indicate if your order is pending, processed, shipped, or cancelled.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier ( UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc.) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. You may request this tracking number by sending a request to CustomerService@iderma.com.
