Neostrata's Lip Conditioner is a rich conditioning emollient with 4% PHA (gluconolactone) and sunscreen (SPF) that moisturizes and makes lips look smoother and younger, and feel softer while protecting against further sun damage. Can be worn under lipstick. Fragrance free.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Apply 3 or more times daily to the lips.
