Cosmelan 2 is part of the Cosmelan Depigmentation System. The first part of the system is a mask that must be applied by a physician. Mesoestetic Cosmelan 2 Home Treatment is a cream that follows the mask, or it may be used alone. It decreases the production of melanin to reduce dark spots on your skin. Improvement may be seen in as little as two weeks to three weeks.

Instructions on applying Cosmelan 2 cream

  • Avoid use during pregnancy.
  • Do not use in conjunction with products containing glycolic acid.
  • Allow one week downtime between other glycolic acid products and cosmelan 2 use.
  • Avoid large durations of direct sun exposure.
  • Always use sunscreen when exposed to direct or indirect sunlight.
  • Do not use with other depigmentation treatments.
Apply to the entire area of the skin to be treated, 3 times per day during the first week; 2 times per day during the second week; and once per day during the third week. A thick layer should be applied on the treatment area. Peeling with this product is normal, however some skin may experience sensitivity and a burning feeling. Mesoestetic recommends using Hydra-Vital Factor K every few hours during the flaking and peeling process. Reddening of the skin is normal. Cosmelan 2 cream can be used year round as needed. Once started, use Cosmelan 2 consistently to achieve desired results.

  • Maintains the absence of the blotchy hormonal brown spots on my face while keeping my skin looking very young. Only downside is that it's a must use long term product, so can get rather costly.   • I would like to say that Cosmelan 2 is a powerfull cream. I used it for 1 month and after all I went to my dermatologist, we celebrate together the results, Cosmelan 2 is realy fantastic!!

  • I can truley say this works!
  • In the past I have use all types of bleach creams to get rid of scars and blotchy skin, none of them worked until cosmelan 2 I am very happy with this product. for the first time in a long time I am comfortable not wearing makeup. I got results within a week of using it....and it was very noticable.IT WORKS!

  • I've tried a number of different things to get rid of my brown spots (meslasma and regular sun damage), and this is the only thing which produced real results. Spots which I'd had for years disappeared in a matter of weeks. I never bothered with the facial treatment, only the cream, and only once or twice a day. The difference after 2 months is shocking. N.B. I have ridiculously sensitive skin - I'm allergic to nearly everything you can think of - and I don't react to this. It's astonishing.

  • Iderma did not treated me well and delivered my itens in different conditions hired. I'm from Brazil and I'm really upset with the ways things going on. I hope to receive Iderma reply asap.

  • I started on Cosmelan 2 a few days ago and my skin is peeling - not too pretty. What's good is that I can see a softer layer of skin beneath the top layer of dull looking skin. A staff member (David) at iderma was very helpful during my online inquiry. I like the excellent service.

  • I started noticing brown pigmentation on my face. It got so bad my husband said something to me. I heard about Cosmelan and I tried it. The spots were gone in a short period of time. In fact, my husband started using this product and he loves it!!!!! I would recommend the Vitamin K face cream because the Cosmelan will make your skin dry and possibly peel a little. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

  • I tried several products based on hydroquinone, but nothing worked in my skin. But Cosmelan makes my skin beautiful without brown spots. I hope it doesnt have any hidden consequences, because for now, it makes me happy.

  • I started using this cream 7 days ago. I haven't seen the full results as it is still so early, but the results that I have seen ie: clearer, smoother, softer skin has already made me order another bottle. Spots are starting to fade and overall my complexion is better. If you can get over the first week of peeling, tingling and itching - this is by far the best cream I have used. I am very happy at the moment and will continue to use this product as long as I can. I am also very happy that they deliver to Australia... Thank you IDERMA!!
