I'm age 44. What are your favorite products for tone, lines, and wrinkles?

Question: I am wondering about the Remergent skincare line.... results? Please list your favorite for real results with tone, lines, and wrinkles. I'm 44.

I personally love the Remergent skin care line.  The DNA Repair and the Antioxidant Refoliator are two of my favorites!  This line is different than most as it focuses more on repairing past damage.

The DNA Repair speeds recovery from past damage and encourages the skin’s DNA repair mechanism to self-correct. It also reduces the signs of collagen degradation.

The Antioxidant Refoliator restores the skin’s reservoir of antioxidant activity. It also reinstates nutrients to the uppermost layer of the skin.

I apply the DNA Repair first in the morning and in the evening. In the morning I then apply the Antioxidant Refoliator on top of the DNA Repair. If you need additional moisture, especially in the winter, their Barrier Repair is great and can be used both day and night.

While I do like the Remergent line, some of the best results we have seen for fine lines and wrinkles has been from SkinMedica. I would suggest their newest product, TNS Essential Serum. It is a dual chamber product that combines the original TNS Recovery Complex in one chamber and APS Corrective Complex in the other.

TNS Recovery Complex contains Nouricel-MD, which contains growth factors, antioxidants and soluble collagen. The ingredients are proven to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, reduce pigmentation, and improve skin texture, tone and elasticity. The APS Corrective Complex is a potent mixture of antioxidants and peptides. It helps to strengthen skin's natural ability to regenerate itself, fights against environmental damage, smooths and tightens skin and brightens and lightens age spots.

SkinMedica also has a wonderful eye cream that also contains TNS, TNS Night Eye Cream, that you can use both day and night.  If you need additional moisture, as I do, the Rejuvenative Moisture is great for normal, dry and aging skin and can be used both AM and PM. If you are extremely dry the Dermal Repair cream is one of my favorites and probably one of their more luxurious facial creams. Also, always remember to apply sunscreen as nothing ages your skin faster than exposure to the sun!

The most important thing to remember is to be patient as it can take up to 4-6 weeks or longer of using the products on a regular basis before you see results. Be very gentle when applying any product in the eye area as it is very delicate!

I don’t know if Botox is an option for you, but I get Botox injections around by eyes every 3-4 months to help keep the fine lines at bay and enhance the results of the skin care products.
