Which product is the best for eliminating skin pigmentation and fine lines?

QUESTION:  Which product is the best for eliminating skin pigmentation and fine lines: Avene Retrinal, Revale Night Cream Coffee Berry or Renova?

I've been to two different dermatologists and they have different ideas. Now I am confused. I may have melasma or pih, definitely my face has brown blotchiness during summer time, and mostly in winter it goes away. I do not like the bleaching process. I'm a low maintenance type of person and only want to use one product. I'm so busy and on the go that I tend to neglect myself, so the solution needs to be easy and long term.

D'LYNN'S ANSWER:  I am not familiar with the product Avene Retrinal for pigmentation, and we normally don’t suggest the Revale Night Cream or Renova for pigmentation although those two products can help with fine lines.

If your main concern is the pigmentation, we normally suggest our Caliderma Brightening Cream which combines Kojic acid, hydroxyl acids and Vitamin C which are clinically shown to inhibit melanin production.

Retinol Complex from SkinMedica also helps to improve the appearance of fine lines and accelerate exfoliation - which helps the overall complexion of the skin with minimal irritation.

IS Clinical also has a Hyperpigmentation Kit that has been very successful for our patients. It includes a cleanser, Super Serum which contains Vitamin C and Arbutin which controls uneven pigmentation, Active Serum and a sunscreen. Any of these products can be purchased individually as well.
